Downsizing of existing office space to +/- 3,000Sft. Work consisted on the conversion and modifying of existing rooms, demolition, drywall fascias and walls, acoustical ceiling, new carpet, tile, plumbing, HVAC system & controls, fire alarm, electrical and paint. Worked performed in 2 weeks total with office fully operational.
